We are also vulnerable to Internet fraud and must protect our resources. With a Internet download we cannot be assured that you have not received the product. A dishonorable customers could download our manuals, print it out, and then contact us saying they never received the product downloaded and want a refund.
The following terms and conditions will apply to all sales.
1. If you order an Internet download, our customer service representatives will do every thing possible to help you install the proper programs, open, read, and print your manuals. If you are unable to obtain the manual by download, through no fault of ManualsRus.com, we can send the manual to you on a Printed Version or CD-Rom. We will add the cost of shipping ($4.15 in the US, $5.00 for a CD-Rom to Canada, $8.00 for a printed version to Canada, and $10.00 for shipping anywhere outside of the US or Canada).
As with all electronic downloadable product vendors, we do not normally issue a refund once a download link has been issued. We will review all request on a case by case basis, but it is at the sole discreation of management whether to issue a refund.
Credit Card companies offer us protection against fraud just as they do you Credit card chargebacks against these terms and conditions will be considered fraud and will be investigated accordingly.
