The easiest way to see if you're ready to go is to download our free sample. This is a small file that will help you go through the process, verify that you have the appropriate programs installed, and let you view a sample of what you can expect with our products.

	AOL may limit the file size you can download during peak usage times. Most files are quite large and can not be downloaded during these times. If you experience problems when downloading we recommend you retry your download during non-peak periods.

To save, choose "Save file to disk"	To save, choose "Save File"
Choose the "Save" option

Always save the file to your hard drive and work with it from there. Do not attempt to open the file from it's current location, the transfer rate will not be fast enough and the file will error every time.

The standard "Save As" dialog box will open




Choose the folder you would like to save in and click "Save". We recommend saving it right on the Desktop for easy access.

	Always save the file to your hard drive and work with it from there. Most files are quite large and will not fit on a floppy disk. Never attempt to save to a CD-Rom Writer or Zip Drive. The transfer rate is not fast enough and it will error every time.
	Do not change the file name. It will corrupt the Zip archive.
	Save in a folder where you can remember where it is. This may sounds funny, but we get numerous inquiries from customers that they can't remember where they saved the file to. We recommend saving it right on the desktop for easy access.

When the file has completed downloading


	You will see a icon on your desktop that looks like this (if you saved it to your desktop). If you didn't save to your desktop look for the file named "sample.zip" in the folder you save to.
Double Click this icon.

	The zip archive icon will appear as a small file cabinet inside a vise, similar to the icon above. Different operating systems may appear slightly different, but will always include the small file cabinet inside a vise. If your icon does not appear similar to this, it indicates that Windows does not recognize the file as a valid zip archive. This may indicate you did not receive a successful download. If you experience this, please download the file again.

Double click on file icon to open the file in WinZip



You will see the "sample.pdf" file in the "WinZip" window

Double click the "sample.pdf" file in the WinZip window and it will automatically
open in Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader




That's all there is to it. You should now be able to view and print your manual from Adobe Acrobat Reader

	Adobe Acrobat Reader has a magnification tool that allows you to zoom your manual in and out. If the manual is too small or large to read correctly, use the magnification tool.
